I liked the double key card entry at the motel door to gain access to my room, which added to my feeling of security for myself and my belongings. My ratings for the above questions leave little doubt of my satisfaction with this Quality Inn.
Traffic patterns on highway 501 made it difficult to cross the northbound lanes and merge into traffic going southbound, which I needed to do several times during my stay. However, this is not a complaint about Quality Inn. It was just an annoyance that I had to deal with.
I loved the staff except for Sunday Evening the worker on duty at 8:30 pm was very rude!! I reported the issue with the pool and she said It's the 1st time I heard of it. Really rudely. She did not offer any solution. All she would have had to say was I will report the issue. She just did not care. The pool for both days we stayed was filled with grime. And sand and black material on bottom. My kids swam one lap and got out. I felt their head and it was slimey. Housekeeping and front desk and breakfast bar attended where so nice.
Wi-fi service did not work in our room. See comments above for the problems with the pool.
The smell of fabrize was overwhelming. There where stains on the floors and ceiling...the bathroom was covered in ashes and hair...
Hotel Staff was nice.
Access and Stairs seem to have poor maintenance. Some paint, new rugs and cleaning would probably help. Hallways carpet were terrible dirty. The bathroom door's did not lock.
I was staying at this location to be close to the University for a couple of days. The facilities were really rundown but bed was comfortable and I slept well.
The staff was very helpful. The air conditioner was leaking in the room, they moved us to another immediately and were very considerate. The rooms themselves are older and in need of updates, but clean.
The pool was dirty, water level low, we did not use it because of its condition.
There were multiple outlets/light that didn't work
Location to where I needed to be the next day.
Old. The bathroom "popcorn" ceiling kept falling off onto my toothbrush, cup, and the rest of my toiletries. The shower dropped and the condition of it was old and worn with permanent "dirty marks" all over. The windows were covered only with sheers and we were on the first floor which made it uncomfortable for two females. The drapes were only on the sides and did not close, which let the sunlight in while we were trying to sleep. I will not stay here again.
Location to ccu
Hotel had musty odor throughout. Bathroom was disgusting...mold in tub and tub walls. Bed was terrible.Springs were shot.
Our room was clean and also the bathroom. It was cool and everything seemed in good working order.
It would be more convenient and more secure to enter rooms from inside the building. Especially for women travelers. Also, an elevator would be nice since we had to stay on the upper level. Some repairs are needed to the floor in the bathroom where we were....Missing and cracked tile in a few places.
The room was disgusting!!! Smelled moldy. Bugs on the wall. Shower was dirty, carpet was dirty, junk and crap behind the tv. Did not sleep at all because it was so digusting.
The room smelled and the bathroom was not clean. The bath tub was rusty and the mat was dingy!!!!
The first time we stayed there a few years ago we thought it was nice. Recently there have always been issues. This time it was cleanliness. We stay there because my mother's nursing home is right up the street and it's the cheapest in that location.
The location-1 mile from family we were visiting.
No maintenance in the evening to fix a remote that didn't work on TV. Mold around bathtub.
Bathrooms in bad shape, molding cracked, caulk coming out, pealing paint.Frayed carpeting. On the second night,we were locked out of the building and room! Person at front desk claimed our key cards were miraculously deactivated, That person could not have cared less. Another guest had to let us into the building, but we couldn't get into our room. I had to leave my wife standing in the hallway while I walked to the front desk. This is a separate building and not a short walk in the cold, my wife had heals on and couldn't walk that far, thus leaving her in jeopardy in a strange hotel!
